We ship pan-India and to international destinations across Europe, North America, Asia, the Middle East, and more.

Order Processing
Standard orders are processed within 3–5 business days.
Custom and made-to-order carpets may require 2–6 weeks, depending on complexity.
Shipping Methods
Domestic and international shipping is managed through reliable courier and freight partners such as DHL, FedEx, Blue Dart, and Aramex.
Bulk exports are handled via air or sea freight, depending on urgency and order volume.
Shipping Charges
Domestic shipping (India): Free on most orders.
International shipping:
Charges depend on destination, weight, and volume. Shipping cost estimates are provided at the time of quotation or order confirmation.
Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import charges for international shipments are the buyer’s responsibility.

Tracking & Updates
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp to monitor your shipment in real-time.
For export shipments, a commercial invoice, packing list, and shipping documents are provided.
